This Privacy Policy applies to the Analyze Track: Unfollowers app (hereby referred to as "Application") for iOS devices that was created by analysis tool (hereby referred to as "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") as a Freemium service.

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect certain information to provide and improve our services:

Account Information: When you log in with your social media account, we access your public profile information, followers, and following lists to provide analytics services.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you use the Application, including features accessed and time spent.
Purchase Information: Subscription and in-app purchase status is confirmed through Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: Your login session, account credentials, analytics snapshots and history are stored locally on your device using the iOS Keychain and an on-device database. We do not operate our own server that stores your personal data.

Your account credentials are encrypted and stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device.
Analytics data and history are saved in your device's local storage.
Session data is protected with device-level encryption and can be removed at any time from the Application's settings.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
We do not have access to your login passwords or sensitive account information.

Data That Leaves Your Device

The Application works primarily on your device, but some information is transmitted over the internet in order to provide the service. We want you to know exactly what is sent, and to whom:

Instagram / Meta: Your login details and app requests are sent to Instagram so that the Application can read your follower and following lists on your behalf. Instagram's own privacy policy applies to that data.
Google Analytics for Firebase: Aggregated usage events (such as which screens are opened and whether a purchase or a check-in happened), plus app version, device model, operating system version and language. This is used to understand how the Application is used.
Google AdMob: Ad requests, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction data. This is used to display and measure ads for users who have not subscribed.
Google User Messaging Platform: Your advertising consent choices, where consent is required by law.
Trend chart data provider: the public numeric identifier of the Instagram account you are analysing may be sent to a third-party data provider in order to retrieve historical follower counts for the trend charts.
Apple: Your purchase receipt, sent to Apple in order to verify your subscription status.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not transmit your Instagram password to any party other than Instagram itself.

Advertising and Tracking

The Application shows advertisements to users who have not subscribed to a premium plan. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob.

On iOS, the Application asks for your permission before allowing the advertising SDK to access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalised advertising. This is the standard App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can:

Allow: ads may use your advertising identifier to be more relevant.
Ask App Not to Track: ads are still shown, but they are not personalised using your advertising identifier.

You can change this choice at any time in your device Settings, under Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where required by law, a consent form is presented before any advertising request is made, and you may review or change your consent choices from the Application's settings.

Subscribing to a premium plan removes advertising from the Application.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Application may use cookies and similar local storage technologies to enhance your experience:

Session Cookies: Used to maintain your Instagram login session inside the Application's built-in web view.
Authentication Tokens: Stored locally to keep you logged in and provide seamless access to features.
Preference Data: Used to remember your app settings and customizations.

These technologies are essential for the Application to function properly. By using the Application, you consent to the use of these technologies.

The Application may utilize third-party services that have their own privacy policies, including:

Data Retention and Deletion

Analytics snapshots, history and session data remain on your device until you delete them. You can delete your data at any time by:

Using the Remove account option in the Application's settings, which deletes the stored session and credentials for that account.
Uninstalling the Application, which removes all locally stored data from your device.

Data already transmitted to the third-party services listed above is retained according to their own policies. To request deletion of that data, or to exercise any other privacy right, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to processing or request data portability. Because the Application keeps the majority of your data on your own device, most of these rights can be exercised directly from within the Application. For anything else, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

International Users

The third-party services listed above may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. By using the Application you consent to that transfer, which is necessary for the service to function.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at unfollowersios@163.com and we will take steps to delete that information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Analyze Track: Unfollowers application. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

User Responsibilities

By using the Application, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when using the Application
Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
Not interfere with or disrupt the Application's functionality
Not use automated systems or bots to access the Application

No Affiliation

Analyze Track: Unfollowers is an independent, third-party account insight app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or any of their affiliates. An Instagram account is required to use the Application.

Follower and following data is read from Instagram on your behalf. Missing results can also mean a username change, an unavailable account, or privacy or regional limits, and do not necessarily mean that you were blocked.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application is strictly prohibited.

Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Application will meet your specific requirements
The Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the Application will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Application.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

The Application offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $3.99 per week
Monthly Subscription: $5.99 per month
3-Month Subscription: $9.99 per 3 months
Annual Subscription: $25.99 per year

Prices may vary by region. The actual price for your account will be displayed in the app before purchase.

Subscription Features

Subscribing to the premium plan unlocks:

Every insight unlocked, including Unfollowers and Profile Engagement
Unlimited sync refreshes, without spending points
An ad-free experience

Users who have not subscribed can still use the Application: points can be earned daily by checking in or by watching a short rewarded ad, and points can be spent to unlock individual insights.

Payment and Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
The renewal cost depends on your selected subscription plan.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

Go to your device Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
Or manage subscriptions through the App Store app

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the Application or switch devices, use the Restore Purchases option on the subscription screen while signed in to the same Apple Account that owns the subscription.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple according to their refund policy at Apple Support.
